Operate hydraulic excavators for bulk excavation, trenching, loading, cutting slopes and drainage works. Work to survey pegs, drawings and supervisor instructions while protecting existing utilities and structures. Conduct daily pre-start inspection, routine greasing and cleaning, and immediately report abnormalities. Ensure safe swing, dumping and working radius, respecting exclusion zones and signalmen instructions. Follow all site safety, PPE and traffic requirements. Minimum 3 years’ excavator experience; valid heavy equipment licence/operator certificate preferred.
